Thankyou for a wonderful holiday. The barn has exceeded our expectations - it is beautiful and so disabled friendly.
I've been so inspired by your natural environment and garden that I'm going home to create a meadow area in our garden and leave areas to be more natural for nature (not such a neat, groomed garden, I'm usually a neat freak!!)
Thankyou for everything.
It's our last day here and I'm sad!
It's been a restful and peaceful week, and I've loved being here. The solitude and tranquility has been breathtaking. Barrie has love listening to the owls at night. Lucie & Lilie have loved exploring the tangled garden. My favourite part of the holiday has been sitting with my morning coffee every morning, looking out into the garden. It's a beautiful, rustic place. It's been a relaxing retreat. My soul loves this place, happy and grateful.
Thankyou!
We've had the most fantastic time here in the barn, we've visited Carreg Cennen castle, Carmarthen, Laugharne, Tenby, the Iron Age hill fort on our very doorstep & lastly Llyn y Fan Fach. Llandeilo was lovely & if you have a sweet tooth go to Heavenly's Chocolate Emporium, you won't be disappointed!
We've enjoyed the fire every night, here's the true meaning of cwtch!
We'll definitely be coming again, thanks, you have an amazing place.
Our second visit to Llwynbwch Barn and just as wonderful as the first.
We leave rested and relaxed with our hearts full of love for Carmarthenshire once again.
Thankyou for a perfect holiday.
We've had a wonderfully relaxing holiday, just making the most of the glorious weather. We found the house where my mother's family lived nearly 100 years ago in Rhosmaen and spent some time wondering around Llandeilo. Sunday lunch at 'The Plough' in Rhosmaen is amazing, highly recommended.
Lots of walks, lots of birdsong, lots of peace.
What's not to like? We'll be back.
Summer solstice - Blissful as ever.
Thankyou guys, we'll be back as soon as!
Thankyou very much for a lovely stay!
Lovely peaceful place, the stars are so beautiful, bright starry nights.
A slice of heaven.
Beautiful place with lovely little details. Very child friendly, big selection of dvds made my daughter very happy. Many thanks for the guitar, it was an amazing surprise for a guitar teacher!
Thankyou for being very helpful and making us feel at home, we'll definitely be back.
Sitting here in Llwynbwch Barn, it's christmas, and I'm so thankful to be here.
It's 12 years since the first christmas, in 2007, when we inaugurated the barn, after a year of patient, careful conversion work. I lived over the yard, in what is now Adam & Lou's home. So at first, this barn was a place fro therapeutic work and celebrations. Thanks to Lou & Adam's beautiful generousity, we've been given christmas refuge here from our unfinished builders' project.
Reading through this comments book has touched me deeply, as so many have shared finding peace here within these ancient stone walls, calm for the soul amidst a natural world of astonishing variety and richness, in meadows, rivers and trees.
All this is what called me to live here in 1999 - and though I had to leave after thirteen years I know that the guardianship of this place has passed into the best, most generous hands. And that they share this with so many - and that the land also gives of itself so generously - is pure delight.

I was one of the first to write in this book, back in August 2013. This is my thirteenth visit to this beautiful barn! This time we've brought a friend from South Africa. We've had a relaxing and happy week hiking, browsing the shops, sitting by the sea and poking the fire in the barn while digging into Welsh cakes.
Loved the peace and quiet and as always the time away from work and stress. This place is tranquility and I never tire of it. I love it more every time I come and I love feeling relaxed and well rested.
I'll be back for another 'fix' in another few months. Happy Christmas to all who stay here, Enjoy! xx
Just perfect...
Thankyou so much for sharing this peaceful haven.
The plan was to escape & 'get away from it all' after what has been a very stressful year. This place has been a tonic to us, we have allowed ourselves to do absolutely nothing other than to immerse ourselves into the beautiful surroundings and to enjoy the peace, the quiet and nature. It's been so theraputic for us. The highlight of the week was waking up to see a deer at the bottom of the garden chomping away at the vegetation!
We've loved watching the birds and seeing the spotted flycatcher feeding its young in the nest in the holes of the barn wall.
The sounds, the smells and the sights were enough to soothe our souls, the beautiful wildflowers in the meadows were a sight to behold...
Sadly it's come to an end, but we'll be back, hopefully with our children & grandchildren, I know they'll love the cabins!
Best wishes to you Adam, Lou & your children and of course Blue!
This has been the perfect tonic to the hustle, bustle & general busyness of the South East!
We have loved the tranquility here - so much gorgeous plant & wildlife with the added bonus of the most awesome mountain bike trails. It certainly has been mountain bike heaven for us! The barn has been a fab base with absolutely everything we could need - including lots of sunshine!
We have loved every minute of our stay - thanks for helping us have a wonderful holiday!
I have no doubt we will return for some more peace and tranquility... and mountain bike fun!
